This is the transcription of the diary of Calla Louise King, a teacher from the Sidney, NY area. She was writing in 1917-18. I will be transcribing an entry or two every day or so and posting them here along with scans of the pages until I have completed the entire diary and all of the supporting material and ephemera that is included inside. Blossoms picked up in the field where father & I picked such an immense quantity of straw berries years ago. This year it looks as though there would be as many.
